Swipe Telecom has launched Halo Value, The new Android based tablet with dual Sim support that 2G data connectivity and Voice calling enabled. The tablet runs on Android OS, v4.1 (Jelly Bean) and powered by a 1.5 GHz processor. The device support 3G connectivity through an external dongle. It also comes with Adobe Flash 11.1 support.
